If you change your mind about a purchase from Team Magnus Ltd, you’re welcome to an exchange or a refund within 30 days without any fuss or questions.
Here are your legal rights and our policy:
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for any item which is returned within 30 days of you receiving it, assuming it is unused and in it's original packaging. If the item is opened, we can only accept a return if the item is faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back non-faulty items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights – see terms & conditions below.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are borne by the buyer, unless we specifically advertise free returns, exchanges or trials on the relevant product page online or in print material. You are of course covered by this promise even if it is later reversed, assuming it was in place when you made the purchase. If we end a free return policy, it will be clearly notified on these pages and we will keep a link to earlier policies for your reference.
To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or obtain a certificate of posting. You are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods before returning and to ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage to avoid a reduction in the value of your refund.
We offer a full refund including the postage and packing charges on faulty items, and full refunds of your product cost for non-faulty items. We will refund either the card you paid with or your PayPal account. We offer warranties on a number of products, but they do not of course limit your legal right to make claims after the warranty expires. Any complaints will be dealt with as promptly and flexibly as possible.
